Wireless Local Loop (WLL)

Many professional operators have been involved with this term and like the other parts of GSM Network has quite a fast growing technology.     

As most of wise operators are always involved with a question of which technology to choose.

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute standardized the DECT technology initially for use as a wireless office private Access Branch Exchange (PABX). Recently, it has been suggested for deployment in WLL networks, but DECT technology needed more investment for areas using GSM networks.

The reason that we have proposed MCT-WLL comparing to the other WLL technologies were as followings:

      • No need to add any new networks.

      • WLL system are deployment in a rang of environment with conflicting needs and GSM-WLL is 

        fully compatible with GSM Networks. 

      • They are quit cost effective.

      • Reducing Maintenance/Support costs.

      • Better quality for voice/data applications

      • Being involved with future improvements.
